This is a three months fellowship arranged in association with AESCULAP ACADEMY.
Eligibility: Applicant must be a medical graduate (MBBS/MD) from any recognized university. He/She must have completed post graduate degree/diploma from a recognized Hospital in the following disciplines: Anaesthesiology, Orthopaedics, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Neurosurgery, and General Medicine. He/She must have completed 5 days' crash course from Daradia: The Pain Clinic earlier.
This is not applicable for International participants and NRIs; they may join directly without completeing crash course.
We have started 3 months course again with some changes.
Schedule & Course fee: Starts from beginning of each month. One doctor is taken in each month.
There is no course fee for Indian residents, but doctors have to work like senior resident/registrar and bear their own food and lodging expenses. They will be attending all courses during their tenure free of any cost. If their performances are good they may even deliver some lectures during courses.
Course fee for NRIs and foreigners are USD 2500.00 and have to bear their own food and lodging expenses. Like Indian participants they will also attend all courses during their tenure free of any cost. They must deliver some lectures during courses.
Course Contents: They will participate at least one 2 weeks course, one crash course and one advanced course during their tenure for free. This cover course contents of all our pain management courses. They will also complete at least one research project during their tenure.
How to apply: Send your short CV with address, month (course starts from begining of each month) along with following documents:
1. Copy of your highest academic qualification.
2. One passport sized photograph.
3. Residence proof (copy of passport is the best).
4. Two recommendation letters in their letterheads from any of the two of the following persons:
a) Head of his/her Institution.
b) Principal, Superintendent or Head of the departments of any Medical college.
c) Secretary or President of State or National branch of ISSP, ISA, IOA, NSI, IASP, WIP or similar association/societies.
d) MLA or MP.
e) Assistant Commissioner of Police or higher ranked Police Officer.
This recommendation letters will be addressed to "The Director, Daradia: The Pain Clinic". It should be mentioned clearly that the recommending person knows the participant for more than 2 years and the participant was never involved in any criminal/unlawful activities. It should also be mentioned that the participant maintains Ethical and Professional Standards in his/her medical practice.
Send all these documents by email (scan and attach with email) for initial enrollment at: daradiapainclinic@gmail.com. Once
we receive all these documents, we scrutinize all documents. (This may take few days.) If we are satisfied we send confirmation
of enrollment. This is not equivalent to registration.
After confirmation of enrollment International participant should pay course fee. Registration process will be completed and confirmed with
payment of course fee. Indian participants should appear for an interview to complete this process. Those who register for crash course, all formalities of 3 months course are completed during crash course.
